When you book Happy Finch Photography for your wedding or portrait session, you get more than just pictures.  You benefit from the knowledge I've gained after a decade in the wedding photography industry and almost 30 years of practice.  (Photography is one of my longest loves.  My camera feels like an extension of myself at this point.)  I give every client a high level of attention to detail and always arrive early and well-prepared.  I also spend considerable time after your session retouching your images until they are perfect.

As important as these photographs are to me, I know they are even MORE important to you.  This is why all of my photo sessions include a full set of digital files and a print release - I want you to have the freedom to print these images, cherish them in your home, and share them with your loved ones.  

Weddings

It is my honor to capture romantic, natural images that tell the story of your wedding day.  I love to document the tender, fleeting emotions and gorgeous details that make you and your celebration unique.  Color, light, natural beauty, and newlywed joy are especially inspiring to me, and I do my best to capture these things in an authentic and creative way.

Your collection will have a happy balance of candid and formal images suited to the unfolding parts of your day and guided by your preferences.  Behind the scenes, I offer constructive posing suggestions and crowd management when appropriate, remaining unobtrusive during the ceremony and other key moments.

Photography is one of the few investments that will last after your wedding day has come and gone.  It is so important to find a photographer who can capture the joy and the details of your day in a timeless and tasteful way.  I go above and beyond to make sure my clients have a relaxed and pleasant wedding-day experience with me and a collection of photos that they will enjoy forever.

Wedding photography packages begin at $3200 for 6 hours of coverage.

Wedding photography may be scheduled to include any portion of your special day, including the dressing room, first look, ceremony, formal portraits, reception, getaway, and anything in between!  I am comfortable working with your desire to include a first look or your desire to have the traditional first glimpse during the ceremony; both approaches have their own benefits, and it really comes down to what feels right to you.

Portrait Sessions

Color Images Only | $275/hour

Color + B&W Images | $300/hour

Pricing for all sessions includes a digital download of high-resolution, retouched color image files, a print release, and a password-protected online proofing gallery.  To add high contrast black-and-white duplicates to your package, the rate is $300/hour.

I also occasionally offer mini sessions at a reduced cost.  Contact me at least 3-4 months before your desired date to make sure you're on the list!
